What does the cash position say?

A high cash position is a sign of good liquidity for the company and is therefore generally a positive sign.

In times of financial bottlenecks, the company can settle invoices without having to borrow. Furthermore, a high level of cash enables the company to react flexibly and at short notice to investment opportunities and, if necessary, to make acquisitions.
